Our commonly used inspection devices includes micrometers,height gauges,thread gauges,pin gauges and 2D vision measuring systems.

For the last 10 years to present,Victor Machining Co.,Limited is ISO 9001:2008 certified through registration. Our quality department emphasizes on First Article and In-Process inspection to eliminate non-conformities when they occur. All components are also given a final inspection before being shipped to customers.

The quality department uses advanced measuring methods including but not limited to a fully programmable Mitutoyo Automated Vision System High Performance CMM using PC-DMIS Pro software; which is used for real time inspection for long Runs, and used for larger components.

Also used is a Sony DB110 Height Gauge,CMM,etc., which uses Reflex Software for our short run smaller components, and Prototype components. All components go through the quality department which uses a stringent calibration system that is traceable to the National Institute of Standards as well as customers' exact demands.
